Effective date: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms" or "TOS") are a binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and MESHLAUNCH LLC. By clicking "Sign up", purchasing any instance, or otherwise using the service, you confirm you have read and unconditionally agree to the entire agreement.
01. Acceptance and account registration
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter this agreement and use our services. When registering on behalf of a business, the registrant must have proper authorization.
- Accuracy of information:You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact information at registration. If we detect false identity or malicious proxy registration, we may terminate service immediately with no refund of fees paid.
- Account security:You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. You must safeguard your login password, API keys, and SSH keys for assigned instances. We are not liable for data loss caused by compromise of such credentials.
- One account:Each natural or legal person may hold only one account. MESHLAUNCH may merge or immediately terminate multiple accounts held by the same party; multi-account use is a material breach.
02. Billing, subscriptions, and refunds
Our billing operates on principles of high transparency and automation:
- Prepayment:All fees must be prepaid in full at checkout at the price shown when the order is confirmed. MESHLAUNCH may change pricing unilaterally at any time; new prices apply to new orders immediately.
- Auto-renewal:Weekly, monthly, or quarterly subscriptions renew automatically before the billing period ends. You must cancel manually in the console at least 24 hours before expiry or the system will attempt to charge you.
- Daily rental:Daily instances are one-time prepaid services and do not auto-renew. After expiry, the system powers off the instance and returns it to the reclaim pool.
Refund policy

| Termination for breach | If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, all fees paid are forfeited with no refund. |
| SLA breach remedy | If MESHLAUNCH infrastructure fails to meet the SLA, you may request service credit via a ticket, capped at the affected instance's subscription fee for that month. |
If payment is overdue by more than seven calendar days, the system automatically reclaims the physical instance and performs a deep disk wipe; you bear any resulting data loss.
03. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
We provide powerful compute and broad low-level access, but you must not use our backbone or hardware for malicious purposes. Any AUP violation may cause the instance to benull-routed immediately with no refund。

No network attacks:DDoS, port scanning, IP spoofing, brute force, bulk spam, and any botnet C&C are strictly prohibited.

No malicious mining:Given Apple Silicon characteristics, running any cryptocurrency mining without permission (crypto-jacking) is strictly prohibited to avoid harming rack cooling and power.

Content compliance:You may not host illegal content under the laws where the data center is located (e.g., United States, Singapore, Hong Kong), including but not limited to infringing materials, CSAM, phishing, or fraud sites.

No unauthorized resale:Without MESHLAUNCH's express written consent, you may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or share instance access to any third party.

04. Service delivery and SLA
We commit to enterprise-grade infrastructure availability:
- Network and power SLA:We warrant that during the billing period your instance will have 99.9% network connectivity and power uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance).
- Exclusions from downtime:Your own actions, planned maintenance, force majeure (natural disasters, war, cable cuts), suspensions for breach, and third-party network issues do not count toward SLA statistics.
- Remedy:If we miss the SLA, you may request service credit via a ticket within 14 calendar days of the event. Credit is capped at the affected instance's subscription fee for that month.
05. Intellectual property and data sovereignty
We stay within the hosting-provider boundary—your code remains yours:
- Data ownership:Code you compile, data you store, and business logic you run on a rented Mac instance remain your intellectual property. MESHLAUNCH claims no rights to them.
- Backups:MESHLAUNCH does not provide default cloud snapshots or file-level backups. You must maintain off-site backups of critical data. After expiry, data is permanently erased following a 24-hour grace period.
- Apple EULA:Because you use macOS, you are responsible for compliance with Apple Inc.'s end-user license agreement (EULA).
- MESHLAUNCH platform:The MESHLAUNCH platform, admin console, API, branding, and all independently developed materials are owned exclusively by MESHLAUNCH LLC and may not be copied, decompiled, or reverse engineered.
06. Breach, enforcement, and termination
To keep the data center ecosystem healthy, we reserve the following rights:
- If you violate the AUP (Section 03), we may suspend or terminate service immediately without notice and cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.
- If your account is past due, the system will send reminders. After seven days overdue, the physical instance is reclaimed and disks are deep-wiped; you bear any data loss.
- MESHLAUNCH may terminate your account at any time for any reason without explanation; all fees paid are forfeited. Termination does not affect provisions that survive, such as liability limits and dispute resolution.
07. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Read this disclaimer carefully—it limits our legal liability:
- As-is provision:The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
- No indirect damages:To the maximum extent permitted by law, MESHLAUNCH is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or not.
- Liability cap:Where full exclusion is not enforceable, MESHLAUNCH's total aggregate liability is limited to the service fees you actually paid in the calendar month immediately before the claim event.
- Indemnity:You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MESHLAUNCH and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the service, breach of these Terms, or prohibited use of your instance.
08. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Pre-filing negotiation:Before starting any formal legal proceeding, you must first send written dispute notice to [email protected] with a written dispute notice. The parties must negotiate in good faith for 60 calendar days after receipt.
- Arbitration:Disputes not resolved by negotiation shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its rules, seated in Singapore, in English; the award is final and binding. Claims must be filed within 12 months or are barred.
- Class action waiver:You expressly waive any right to bring claims as a class action or representative action and may arbitrate only your own dispute as an individual.
- Amendments:MESHLAUNCH may amend these Terms unilaterally at any time; revised Terms take effect for all users when published on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
