What customers say

Real feedback from developers and teams worldwide.

"Our iOS CI pipeline dropped from about 45 minutes to under 15. The M4 Pro stays rock-solid on big Xcode projects—the consistency of dedicated hardware is something virtualization cannot match."

"Great for LLM fine-tuning. 64 GB unified memory handles LoRA on Llama 3 70B without breaking a sweat, with native Metal acceleration—no GPU driver rabbit holes."

K
Kevin Park
AI researcher · Seoul

"Provisioning blew me away: the M4 Standard SSH details arrived minutes after checkout. Hong Kong latency is very low for us and bandwidth is steady—overall above expectations."

FAQ

Common questions before you buy—quick answers.

Is the hardware dedicated bare metal?
Yes. Every machine is dedicated bare metal—no virtualization or shared resources. You get the full CPU, memory, storage, and network of that Mac mini; other users cannot access your device.
Is bandwidth and the IP dedicated?
Yes. Each device includes one dedicated public IPv4 and 1 Gbps dedicated bandwidth. Bandwidth is not shared with other tenants, keeping performance steady.
How soon after purchase can I use it?
M4 Standard (16 GB) is stocked; after payment we usually auto-provision and send SSH details in a few minutes. M4 Advanced and M4 Pro are made to order—procurement, configuration, and activation are manual, so lead time varies; contact us in advance.
What is the multi-Mac cluster service (Thunderbolt 5)?
An add-on for M4 Pro plans. Our engineers physically interconnect your Mac minis in the data center over Thunderbolt 5 for shared storage pools and coordinated compute. About $5–10/mo per machine extra—you perform no hardware work.
Which data center regions are supported?
Today: 🇸🇬 Singapore, 🇯🇵 Japan, 🇰🇷 Korea, 🇭🇰 Hong Kong, 🇺🇸 US West, 🇺🇸 US East—six regions. Pick a region at checkout; the public IP follows that location.
How do subscriptions renew? How is daily billing different?
Weekly, monthly, or quarterly plans are recurring—if you do not cancel before renewal, they auto-renew. Daily plans are one-time and end at expiry with no auto-renew. Manage or cancel anytime in the console.
How do I connect with SSH / VNC?
When the instance is ready, the console and email include SSH host, port, username, and initial password. Connect with ssh user@your-ip -p port. VNC details also appear in the console; see the help center for full guides.
